Mr. Pollak, a licensed Mechanical Engineer, has a wide range of experience in the fields of mechanical and electrical systems design, and management of multi-disciplinary projects as applied to commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial projects.
A native of Croatia, Mr. Pollak was first exposed to HVAC system designs at the University of Zagreb, where he specialized in this field. His early jobs were in Croatia, Sweden, and Germany. This generated an active business of design-oriented architectural clients. As Principal, Mr. Pollak served a key roll in expanding the business through providing expert service to all clients and by bringing in Leslie Kahn as his partner.
Mr. Pollak is a “sustainable design” expert. Both environmental enthusiasts and accountants respect his knowledge of the most current technological advancements, as he provides clients with options that save the environment, energy and money over the life of the building.
