IP Group’s office is located at 648 Broadway, Suite No. 400 in New York City, centrally located in Manhattan and easily accessible to public transportation and three major airports.

The office operates both Window and Macintosh computers and maintains all modern office equipment including printers, scanners, software, and Internet service. Our networked computer system is equipped with the latest software packages for computer aided design and drafting (CADD), word processing, spreadsheets, economic calculations and analysis, engineering analysis, digital photography, and design software.
